i was really pleased with the value and cleanliness of the room. the lobby is more motel than hotel. but i was not put off by the less than aesthetically attractive building. the room had a good sized comfortable bed and a clean toilet and shower en-suite.
the car park was spacious! but the stones on the floor made it difficult to pull my suitcase on wheels across to the entrance.

The floorboards outside the room creaked loudly every time someone walked past. the main problem was the mattress. Every spring could be felt. it was late when I found this, too late to do anything. i complained to staff in the morning. They said they knew about the mattress.

the location was convenient, especially its proximity to the seafront. i appreciated the ample car parking, a definite bonus. the room included tea, coffee, biscuits, and hot chocolate, all readily available. the shower was excellent, and i got another toilet roll promptly when i asked.
the double bed configuration with two single beds pushed together created an uncomfortable middle section.

the room was clean and well kept, it had new carpets. the bathroom was super clean and included a spacious shower. everything needed for a brief visit was available.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful . there was 24 hour reception available, and i received prompt assistance when i asked. the staff quickly supplied an extra toilet roll.

The staff members were approachable. They helped in any way they could. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. the hotel IS affordable.
The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together. This made it very UNCOMFORTABLE. I also experienced a lot of noise. People banged on my door and shouted.
